EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This applies to standard (non-customized) products purchased through our website.

Custom-Made Items

Products made to your specifications — including custom CD designs, printed t-shirts, and personalized guitar picks — are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c). These items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.

If a custom item arrives defective or damaged, you are still entitled to a replacement or refund.

Standard Product Returns

Standard products (non-customized items from our shop) can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• In original, unused condition
• In original packaging
• With all tags and labels intact

To initiate a return, contact us at info@brutalnoise.net with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
